Lyle was able to go hunting in January. Boy, He was so excited! His tag was good for a Cow Elk. The Wednesday morning the hunt opened Lyle headed out with two of his Friends that were just as excited as Lyle was(even though they didn't have a tag).
The guys were able to get into the elk early that morning and see a herd of about 150Bulls and about 250 Cows. Lyle can tell the story a lot better then I can so, you'll have to ask him about it when you see him.
Don't you just love the picture? Teacus didn't know what to think!

That is one HUGE elk! Guess you won't have to buy any meat for a while!
